Alcohol and cigarettes addiction actually destroyed my life. I could remember several years ago after divorce with my wife which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.

100% agree I used to have Psychosis and paranoid thoughts like "people thinking about me talking about me etc. Very odd behavior after getting off Adderall from 7-16. Antidepressants at 18-29. 31 now. I took way to much, but took about 20g of Gold caps (Psilocybin containing mushroom) I analyzed my entire life. The emotions that came out helped me understand behavior etc more. Wont ever need to do it again because I'm happy and contempt forever, but I wish more people did this to alter their perception of reality. Would help with healing much trauma
I would like to know from those who have solved PTSD and anxiety, if they have solved it definitively and how to understand what quantity of psilocybin to take and when, for how long. And can you really heal without having an addiction?

Depression haunted my life from a very young age, and I was put on a bunch of SSRIs as a child in attempt to deal with it. None worked.Psychedelic mushrooms was brought to my attention. It was the first thing that actually had real effects. They should only be used with great care and respect.

Shelby, I certainly enjoy your content. A good way to enjoy microdot thing is to make a tincture using honey. Yes, just soak your mushrooms in honey and remove any moisture that floats to the top. Then you can strain the mushroom particulates out of the honey after a week of soaking, and you have a tremendous honey suitable for microdose.. Basically, we can dip a toothpick about 1 inch into the mushroom, honey elixir and place it under your tongue. This is just a great microdose and a wonderful taste.
Psychedelics are just an amazing discovery. It's quite fascinating how effective they are for depression and stress..saved my life.

I instantly recognized these when scrolling through YT. We picked this in the wild in the Houston area. We called them fire caps, identified to me by an old local hippie. The first time I ever experienced psychedelic mushrooms at 15 years old was with these types. Such a good memory.

My wife and I cooked and went halves in a 10g mushroom just thought it would be a microdose. Nope it hit so good, ended up cleaning the house and laughing. Such a clear head too and vision was so enhanced. 😊

Golden Teachers are the easiest strain. Penis Envy albino are the strongest while still being cubensis. Orissa are by far the biggest, you can end up with giant mushrooms bigger than portabellos when grown on compost. These sound like a happy medium of all the above.❤
you are not aware of pan cyans, zapotecorum, or sub tropicalis, they are all much stronger than Penis envy strains, and offer a way smoother experience

I was a big psycho naut back in the years of 1990 through 1993 . Made a come back in 2010 for a little while . Definitely psychedelics are not addictive. I just quit and didn’t even realized I quit cause I kept talking about my experiences throughout the years . In 2010 I got to do salvia when it was legal in Kentucky 😊. The very strong salvia I consider that not a psychedelic but just pure hallucination. The weak salvia is kinda a psychedelic feel . My favorite psychedelic back then was shrooms safe and reliable. Psychedelic therapy is just one of those great leaps in the mental health space. It’s wonderful and the fact they serve recreational use and health as well.
Shrooms completely halted my seasonal depression and I stopped going to counseling since I no longer needed it.I believe it was the key part in healing my depression.

I have PTSD and depression and I could get them when I was a teenager but not when I got older and that's when I think I need them the most now that I'm older and have PTSD and depression from things that happens to some of us in weather in the military or a really bad life changing things that I encounter or people have encounters and just want that extra push to love myself and and stop all noises in my head ty

@doubleblind Even old school or new school growers get contamination. The possibilities are very high without All Lab Equipment present. Doing in a SAB or under a flowhood lessens the possibility, it still has a high chance of doing so. It's because it will depend on two factors while putting it in substrate, one is the substrate itself and the moisture content, and two your sterile technique. ✌️🍄❤️
It's not that hard man, anyone can do it in my opinion. Depends on the technique of how you're growing them. The all in one bags are amazing for resisting contamination. Air purifier and having a clean environment is the most important.

I’ve grown the hillbilly pumpkin and it’s deceivingly potent. Tried just 2gms and it was quite intense! Not mild as many claim. They will send you cosmic if you’re not careful.

Psychedelics are the most confusing and frustrating when it comes to anecdotal vs well-documented effects, because they can easily manifest subconscious expectations into real perceived effects.
Tbh, if you ask me, in psychedelic space, we shouldn’t distinguish between “real” vs “placebo” effects, etc. More than any others, these are substances of the mind. A perceived effect should always be treated as legit.
That said, it is VERY possible that hillbillies are easier because people think they’re easier. If the subconscious expects a fun, sociable, lighthearted trip, that’s what the psych is likely to bring to your conscious experience.
Coming down off a 3 gram hillbilly shroom tea and wow, exactly what Terence Mckenna talked about with the DMT space. These shrooms can really take you there.

The more things change the more things remain the same. Despite the ruckus of new people becoming converts to the field of psychedelia, there really is nothing new under the sun. A productive experience is still very much about set, setting, and dosage. Do your own research, love yourself, honor yourself, be patient with others and yourself.

I've been fortunate in my life to have visited the city of Huatla in Oaxaca where the story, in modern times began. Magic mushrooms seemed to be, just a Myth that was created in movies like Alice in Wonderland. But as it turns out wasn't a myth but a real fungus. It was the home town of Maria Sabina who had her first visit by a white man, by the name of R. Gordon Wasson.. This city(pueblo) is as magical as the mushrooms themselves.. It's been visited by thousands of people, including famous people as well! Interestingly or not, Psilocybe Cubenses are Not used there.. They don't use them there because, there was no cows in Mexico until the Spaniards brought over cows.. No Cows pies, no Cubes.. They use other varieties that grow wild there!

I have always heard the genus pronounced sil-o-si'-be, like in Latin.
It's actually got greek roots psilos and kube which translates to "bare head" so it's 'sil-o-sibe'

I started just before Christmas doing 0.4 every 2 days...can't really notice a difference yet, maybe a tiny bit but wondering weather to up the dose or change the day pattern? I don't know. 21 grams dried is the dose used in Terminal Patients. We call it a Hero Dose or going to the other side. It requires the right place and the right time and the right ppl to watch over you.
Window Pane back in the day was the most sought after trip. 10-20 grams of shrooms feels about like 4 way window pane. Looked like a piece of 35mm film 1/4 in by 1/4 in.

Weigh I understand it it's an out door Alabama culture that fat and short ....that came from someone putting out their spent blocks you do know you could just rehydrate in lq cture media weak solution and then either use that as spawn or you can slurry it or you can put them in a clean trash can and put a whole kyro syrup in it mix it up let that set about 3 daya then put that on sprayers and hit all the hay bails in your town and then about 45 days after that you would have all the mushroom you could possibly ever want for all of your friend those friend and their friend s for ever for the next 100 generations ...
