Not sure about quitting my job anytime soon, but I do plan to pivot away from a 9 to 5. I want my fill time job to give me enough of a cushion so that I can just live by a reasonable decent side gig that can cover my day-to-day expenses.. While the corpus from the full time job is a cushion.

You can use wire transfer, and there's also a service called 'Wise' I found very useful.
