I love Enforcer orientated sets (Fleer Throwbacks, ITG Enforcers, etc.). That Domi is a beauty, awesome pull! Would love to get my hands on some of these cards as there is a few Sens like Neil, Lambert and Emery!
Brian Price just knows how to make great products and when you hit cards like that Domi, it doesn't matter if they have the licensing or not, at least not for me. Where did you find this for $100 USD? Just curious
Sick Domi 1/1! Congrats, dude. I remember watching him play as a kid with The Jets when he got traded with his buddy King from NYR. My buddy pulled a Tough Guys Bob Probert 1/1 wearing Wings jersey. And he's been a die hard Wings fan all his life. He's got far more valuable sick cards , but that Probert is his absolute Favorite!
While the Roy/Osgood card is cool, it's really nice seeing cards like that for Laraque and Domi. I have a signed photo of Laraque that he/his team sent all the way to Europe in the 00s. Seems like such a down to earth guy. #dryden
I opened 4 of these recently, you did alot better than me..although i did snag a couple 1/1s, name plates and a sick Jeff Odgers patch from Atlanta for my PC. #DRYDEN
Of course your goalie mojo hits! As a collector of our pugilistic players, I love this product and have been fortunate enough to open two boxes (in addition to eBay bargain hunting). A shame they don't have the rights, but I think the cards came out great anyway. #dryden

just curious why some cards like the Osgood have osgoods face but Roy's jersey shown ? why not either have both faces or both jerseys.i know they do this on alot of cards just wondering if their is a reason for it ?
As I mentioned in the video, President's Choice (PC) is an unlicensed product. Patrick Roy likely has an exclusive deal with UD regarding his "likeness," i.e. reproducing his face. By contrast, Osgood may have a deal with PC. To skirt copyright law, logos, and faces, PC can only mimic the jersey colors. For Osgood, PC by law probably can depict Osgood, but simply avoid the Wings logo.
@Fultoncards cool thanks for the reply...Im the world's biggest Hasek PC and his face is on all the unlicensed stuff and he has many cards with others in them with no face just a name or jersey that's how I notices it so much...thanks for the reply
Hasek is a great player to PC! The lack of logos/faces and asymmetry is a pretty common observation (criticism) of unlicensed products. But ppl can't on the one had complain about UD sticker prices and on the other blame unlicensed competitors for providing affordable substitutes. Yes, PC and Leaf can improve their design. I'm just happy they find ways to skirt legal action.
Products like this makes me miss being the Terry O’Reilly super collector I was back before 2010. Now with all the internet breaks and such, I couldn’t afford it. Spent what I felt was a fortune for the low numbered ITG 1972 Taz cards ($200 or less each) I can’t even imagine how much 1/1’s even for players like that go for now with online breakers trying to get money back. I’m sure the community is as close or tight might as it was 20 years ago where guys helped guys track down PC Cards for fair prices.
That's an interesting observation, and discussion. There are still many collectors like you. In fact, online group break threads can also be very tight. And I personally don't think it makes an sense to blame group breakers as it is very much a demand-driven market. But, the present generation is much more of a gaming/gambling culture, fueled by adrenaline and endorphins, like the rest of social media. And it isn't just young ppl, as older ppl have more disposable income. It's not even clear that most ppl collect. They entertain themselves via the gambling element, and simply flip what they hit on eBay to recoup 25%, if that. Absent the chase, box prices would be very affordable, regardless of what prices distributors or group breakers set. Note that group breakers are really online LCS. The question is, why do ppl pay more for group break spots than the price of the cards they hit, which they could otherwise buy directly on eBay. Again, that relates to misunderstanding odds, which cards they will actually hit (or not hit), and gambling addiction. In the end, card companies can't print cards fast enough to supply the dynamics/demand. And what disappoints me is the propensity for grievance and blaming card companies, instead of what consumers actually control, their own behaviors and budgets.
