Maybe use ghee as an alternative to butter or oil. It has a higher smoke point than butter.

I watch an American youtuber that shares a lot of cooking, shopping etc and I always wonder why her eggs shells look so thin compared to ours. Also always makes me feel a lil bit icky when it says on her chicken "hormone free" etc
