Carolina Skytower - A Dad's POV

Take a ride more than 200 feet above Carowinds for a sky high view of the park and surrounding area. This evening POV may be a bit cloudy, but you can catch the lights around the park firing up as the sun sets.
The Carolina Skytower is an opening day attraction at Carowinds and has been in operation for more than 50 years.
Because of trouble recording the on-ride audio, I added a script of my own, with a little dad flair. Learn about the history and some fun facts about the park, with a spin - because the ride spins of course. You can also find some puns like that. Sadly, the ride operator turned on the cabin lights, so you can also see the slight ghostly reflection of this dad filming for parts of the tour.
You also get a great look at many of the 14 roller coasters the park has to offer, including Fury 325, Copperhead Strike, Afterburn, and Thunder Striker. You can also see the towering slides of Carolina Harbor, the included water park.
