All your work is incredible. 💜 Like when people talk about the beauty of transformative fan art this kind of art is the best version of it. Taking a character like Vanitas, who in canon was arguably such a “throwaway” concept just for a few games, and fans rejecting the canon fate to really delve deep into the themes his character represents is so incredible. Kingdom hearts is so silly on surface level but it’s so fantastic how fun and tragic it can get when you go deeper into it. Kudos to you and your animatics, departure verse, and rouwan for the great sovani content 💜

I’ve watched it multiple times today, there’s so many details in the colors, editing, expressions, posing, and narrative to appreciate!! 💛🌟✨ One detail I really love is the expression that Sora has when he turns, sensing danger. It’s so beautifully tense and full of complexity when up to that point we’ve only seen him relaxed and happy in this animatic. I also absolutely adore the curtain rise effect at the beginning of the animatic, with the colors synchronized to the music. Ooh, and every frame of the flashbacks are so beautiful. Love this! 💛🌟
