You have a small mistake there. You wont be 138% killer, you will be even faster since the basic 115% is used as 100% before you add the bonus %. Since you are moving 4,6 then 10% is 0,46 and your movement speed will be boosted by 1,058 m per second. we would get 4,6*1,23=5,658 m/s. Converted to the normal speed, this makes you 141,45% killer. You are welcome

i like using it with mural sketch and susie's mixtape so when you get to the obsession (that's saying that you manage to get to the obsession) you still gain a bit of speed helping you get the next hit

Cause Legion will be hitting a lot, you will lose PWYF stacks fast, especially with chain hits. Also, PWYF requires you to rlfind your Obsession and constantly lose chase with them, which can waste time and lose pressure. For M1 Killers, PWYF is great, but not for characters who already have Mobility like Legion.
3:30 Fun fact Meesh BFFS actually counts towards a chain if you hit a survivor you already hit. so even though it would end your frenzy and give them a speed boost it would have given you the 4 stack for BFFS if you hit the claud to end power instead of manually ended
And? I've run PWYF many times on legion. You can get a stack mid frenzy making you 5% faster when you leave the obsession. You don't need 3 stacks to get value.
