Giving birth is no crime, a number of people are still looking up to God for the fruit of the womb and they are yet to see any. Child bearing can possibly come with a number of complications and during the pregnancy stage, takes a lot of both mental, physical and emotional stress. The husband obviously needs a child of his own. There are a number of people who still go through child birth and still ends up loosing the child over and over again, more like miscarriage. May God every woman. Gbenga had a good friend and adviser who stood by him. It's rare to find a husband who would stay firm through the whole stress. It's worth the watch. The experience must have been super traumatic for the husband as well. I think he could have waited until she gave birth before breaking the news of Iya Eso’s death. It is the end of the movie for me that both couples got the joy, they both worked through the pains and trouble and got what they wanted. Adehun is an adehun and it's good that both Ini accepted her selfishness and adjusted all because of love 💕. There's nothing love could not achieve if it's present in a relationship. Women have full rights over their body. She declined to carry a pregnancy during courtship and after marriage. The husband should have allowed her to exercise her right and hire a surrogate mother for her. Maybe if she was never forced into pregnancy, she wouldn't have been too close to mama eso to the extent that mama eso demise would give her severe depression on top of post partum depression. I wholeheartedly agree. I don’t think that anyone should force people to have children they don’t want and especially if they say they may want children but only with specific conditions met. Now if she has already frozen her eggs and tied her tubes then the husband would not have been able to bully her and assault her into pregnancy. He would have had no choice but to respect her wishes.

This is a good movie. Thank you for posting it. SPOILER ALERT opinion below👇
Gbenga was extremely disgustingly selfish, and that is not love. His wife had gone through trauma since birth to adulthood. she never received healing from it. Instead of him focusing on her healing first (therapy, etc), he forced her to get pregnant while going through high level trauma, fears and depression. She couldn't even enjoy pregnancy or make a connection with the unborn child. Then the slightest joy she had was robbed from her. After childbirth she struggled with postpartum depression, on top of all that she was going thru. What she went through was too much to bare. The benefit is he stayed faithful and supportive while his wife suffered and struggled to heal. Wow! This movie had a lot of important messages; good friendship & advice, open communication with spouse, asking for consent, being faithful, seeking healing, the pains of unable to conceive, still being a mother to other children, struggles of pregnancy & giving birth, family memebers role, etc.
Thank you to all who play the roll of mommy in our lives. Motherhood is not always easy. I appreciate you 💗.

After part 2, I can say it's worth my time indeed. Although I found It hard when the guy was slow to understand, she was suffering from postpartum depression, but then again, I realized many people do not understand it even with education and exposure. The awareness is needed because many women have this affecting them even for years after the real blow has subsided. And then, Libra, please tell your soundtrack person to adjust o, cos what in the name of comedy was he singing. At some point I paused the movie and started laughing when he was singing "Ìyá Èsö". Make the person give us new melody method jare. Kudos 👏 💐 Adehun Ife 💯⭐️
The soundtrack part about IYA ESO is an intentional action, that was a tribute for my late aunty IYA ESO who died in a tragic accident. My family members appreciate me showcasing her last day on earth. The movie is dedicated to her, check the picture before the movie start. ❤️

I so love this movie so very much and just two scene tear me up when the husband saw the pregnancy result and when Iya Eso passed on.To have a good friend is a virtue and i give that to Hameed because he's truly a good friend and our prayer to God is to bless our husbands with good friends that will lead them right and separate them from the bad ones.Amen
