@SuperFartinggirl It was called Rambo: First Blood Part II from 1986. The graphics were okay and the sound wss taken from the 2nd Rambo movie. But you can playthru it under 10 minutes. It's not the greatest game - but it's playable.
It is impressive if you consider the memory they had available for implementing games was comparable to the size of a single small ordinary image/thumbnail we have nowadays.
The Rambo games were clones of everything. We have a Zelda 2 clone, an Ikari Warriors Clone, an Operation Wolf clone and now a Hydlide clone, lol. The only one we never got was a Contra clone.
If you look at 4:00, you have to destroy all of those tank/missile bases to avoid getting your chopper blown up. If you don't, your chopper will get blown up by those tank/missile bases at the end.

Why miss them? Get an emulator and play them. You'll soon realize how shit they were and it's just nostalgia that you are remembering. :p

You left some AA guns, how did you manage to fly safety at the ending ? I think you should destroy every signle one.
I remember that game. But it wasn't one of my favourite MSX titles. It's okay but not great. I think the best Rambo game I know was on the C64.

Not Commodore 64, it was done for MSX, another 8 bit computer.

This game did regenerating health before it was cool.
