Always wanted to one man show That's has now seriously affecting goa with pappu cm n rest 39 looting goa the way they want. I don't think he will rest in peace no matter how many people say rip. With regard to his son What he should learn 1st is to have enough guts to bring the wrong policies of present bjp govt. Atleast should not afraid to express his own personal opinion openly. This will atleast show his caliber as Politicain.

My opinion. Shri Manohar Parrikar was a Niz Goenkar before he went to Delhi. After Delhi he was either RSSized or BJPeed. On his return to Goa politics it was no longer the original Parrikar he was more of a robot, under remote control, what altered him only he would know. However, Utpal seems to carry the fire of the Original Parrikar. Good luck.

Manhor Parikar was a great man and he was the only one who could have turned GOA into a diamond from GOLD, but he preferred to sacrifice goa at the altar of the RSS,BJP COMMUNAL AGENDA. His son has rightly said intelligence can be used for bad purpose and this is exactly what MPk has done to the state and people of GOA. The sickness he was suffering was terminal he knew it and he could have resigned and atleast lead a peaceful life for the remaining period but he was totally tied up by the BJP till his end, for what reason Im still wondering. Mr UTHPAL u have got the best education in one of the number one countries of the world u know the difference of our mindset, and if ur still thinking of BJP party just because it was ur fathers party then I'm sure u dont have ur own vision.If u can undo the mess the BJP has done and is still doing is right before u left ,right, and center, u just need to be willing to knowledge it instead ignore it.
