    Thank you for writing this book, once I began reading it was hard to put down! The chapter that really stood out to me was Feet & Ankles, even though I have problems with mainly back and neck you explained very well how our feet can affect other parts of our body. So true. With the large print and photographs of the stretches and exercises this book is a very easy read, I highly recommend it!

    Will, thank you for all your helpful videos! I am 63 and injured my knee a couple of years ago. I’ve seen PT and tried exercising and strengthening my muscles. Having osteoarthritis didn’t help and I feel I have so many setbacks and can’t seem to move forward. I found your channel a couple of months ago and have been trying your exercises. I am soooo happy I finished a 2 mile walk at a good pace. A month ago I couldn’t walk half a mile, and it was very painful. I truly feel I can move forward now, feeling the muscles getting stronger. Thank you so much for your simplicity and quick exercises. You are fantastic at what you do and amazing how helpful you are to many!!!🙏🙏

    Thank you for these exercises, Will. Have suffered with tight calves for a number of years, so hopefully these exercises will help. Will you be doing any exercies on how to strengthen ankles? I badly sprained my left ankle after playing badminton, and need to get back to the game but not yet ready to do so. Thank you🙏

    I'm 58 with brain cancer. I keep falling off my bike. It happens when I lose balance as I stop. For some reason, it's become a problem. Is there anything you'd recommend or should I just give it up? Your content is super helpful. Thank you.
