Day 27 of asking for what if hawk didn't break Dimitris arm and switched sides during the arcade fight in season 3.
First of all, Miguel was never paralyzed, if you remember in the meeting for the cancellation of the 51st Annual All Valley Under 18 Karate Tournament back in Season 3 when Miguel & Sam saved the tournament and Miguel literally said, “I thought I was going to be paralyzed, I relearned how to stand, I relearned how to walk and I want the tournament to continue”. I admit Miguel was paralyzed at first but then miraculously he was able to stand and walk again, but thanks to Johnny.

There should be a part 2 because I think Kreese would get Terry Silver after the second all valley tournament.
Kreese brought Silver in because Daniel and Johnny teamed up. In this timeline, they remained separate.
