We just went into this building today and it is ridiculous how they are locking out the public in OUR building. It even looked like the lady in the clerk's office was knitting when Glenn came in and put it down suddenly. I can't believe this lady who was clearly bored and being paid by taxpayers refused to call someone to help him. In this building, all the elevators are locked to the People who own the building and all the employees who we pay are treated as superior because they have a special card to get them in the elevator. They have this old school dirty red phone sitting on a desk in the lobby that is completely germ ridden and they expect the public to use that phone to call the offices for 1100 Everett employees who are hiding in the high-rise building. When we were there a taxpayer was calling on the phone and he thought he was in the Courthouse and no one answered the phone so we had to tell him he was in the municipal building. When Glen was there it looked like employees were coming in and out and several people wouldn't even look at him. The old man was also in the lobby today and his name is Joe Pavesi. He told me I was a "difficult person because I wanted to make a public records request and I was locked out of the Clerk's office. Ironically, he used to work in that office and the Deputy Clerk said he should have offered to take my request. I called Ramsey Rammerman from my phone and he is the deputy attorney for the public records department. I told him they are in violation of RCW 42.56.090 and he said he is going to look into it. The lady who came down and spoke with Glen didn't even introduce herself and the lady before that appeared to be offended that she was being recorded. My public record request was for the procedures and policies for locking the People out of the building we own and preventing us from going into our elevators and seeing what Our employees are doing all day in that building. It is beyond creepy that they don't even allow us to go beyond this disturbing lobby that has no public servant in it and they even lock the bathroom. When we walk in, there is no one to greet us, direct us and if someone isn't able to read, they would have no idea that their only option is to pick up the disgusting germ ridden red phone and hope someone answers it. Something else that was odd, we saw a huge truck that was selling cans of margaritas pull into the back of the building. Is that why they don't want the public coming up in the elevators, are they all sitting around drinking margaritas? Another taxpayer tried to get into the City Clerks' office that is locked all day on Friday and half the day on another day of the week. Today, we called the number on the Clerk's door and the woman who answered said she was working from home and was extremely rude when I told her that lawfully they need to allow the People to come in and make public record requests. Why are the People of Everett allowing this? Their mayor already had an affair with her married deputy mayor and it was exposed in the newspaper. She humiliated his family, her family and he left his job. I'm guessing the taxpayers probably had to pay a huge sexual harassment settlement as he was her direct employee and this mayor is still in office. She also recently charged the People money to attend the State of the City address. You can't make this stuff up. I'm glad Glen is holding them accountable.

First, if you served that lawsuit to a mayor's office as a FEDERAL lawsuit , you did not file it in the proper venue. You would have had to file it in federal district court for that circuit. Next, is that the amount of damages that you can prove you've suffered and/or incurred? Between the compensatory side plus the punitive side, can you prove by the preponderance of the evidence, that there was there malfeasance, negligence, retaliation or an actual criminal act would warrants an award that together, could possibly add up to damages equaling $100 Million? If you cannot, and YOU are using the civil judicial system for warrantless gain or retaliation, it is going to be considered a frivolous lawsuit and will be most assuredly thrown out. Further and at that point, you could be fined rather heavily for abuse of the judiciary system. Ironically, it is now your Respondent that can sue you for slander and defamation of character (for what you said of the Respondent to those two ladies you served as they entered the elevator, and the bald man with the moustache).
