Getuk is very familiar with Javanese . Getuk is a traditional food made from cassava or klaten people said “ telo pohong”. The process of production is very simple, starting with peeling the cassava and boiling them. After cooked purred it and mixed it with natural coloring and sugar . Getuk Klaten has a unique taste and shape. There is a square shape,with a lines on the side , and there is an oval shape with jam inside . This getuk has a very soft texture. And the taste is sweet with combination of chocolate , pineapple, and orange flavors.
