I am not a huge fan of the original Mad Mew Mew song, I mean, I like it, but I prefer other songs from the OST over it. But this cover is actually so dope, and I love it! Napstablook and the Mad Dummy are similar, and Spider Dance combines them with the motif from Napstablook's house sped up and some other stuff. Since this song relates to (spoilers) it makes sense that is also iterates on the theme.
