what they dont realise in that kangaroo in the water video is that kangaroos go into the water when a threat approaches and attempts to drown them also did you know most kangaroos have more muscle mass than a grown man
You American's crack me up. My family have managed to survive here, and live long lives for 7 generations, gee my great grandmother lived to 98. It's not hard to learn to live with our native animals, as long as you respect they're "wild", no different than American mountain lions, American rattle snakes, American skunks, American Opossums, American raccoons, American bears, American water moccasin snakes lol, just saying :P :P :P
Growing up in the 70's and 80's I got taken down by a Kangaroo twice my size at the time. It's survival of the fittest. If you live anywhere in the country or outback you accept the risks, know what you are doing and keep moving forward.

I'm nearly sixty and when we were kids we didn't have helmets and special hats we just used our brains and weren't going to be pushed around by a bird.only time I was swooped and had blood drawn was when I was about four. Still remember it but I love Maggies.
