To be honest they respawn with 50% life so they are allmost at kill threshold

I don't think anyone should be basing power level off of this clownshow of a match, with the dozen suitcase meta.
Even if I agree that shiv is still dumb as hell, ANY character with an HP% threshold would be EATING GOOD with the amount of half health heroes offered on a platter.

When I get my infernus leveled up I can burn a whole team to half health with ricochet and burn extensions with escalating exposure. People seem to ignore it.

I am new to the game. But what is that silve ball thing attached under the upper arm? and its size increased for some reason. at first i thought it increase with souls but when they buy also it wont decrease the size

Unsecured souls from jungles! It drops if you die

They slowly transition to normal souls and are spent LAST when buying items, they all drop as a ball with a blue beam and are shown on minimap, and if someone didn't pick them up you can go to location where you dropped them and pick up yourself.
