  • My name is Kevin. I hope you will enjoy my videos of my great new life of early retirement in Dumaguete in the Philippines. Come along on my island hopping trips to beaches, snorkeling, mountains, waterfalls and other Philippine destinations. I’ll introduce you to friends, so you can learn about dating, finding a place to live, restaurants, and best places to buy groceries

Kevin, I really like how you're getting out and showing people the area and all it has to offer. I like the vloggers from Dumaguete but sit down talks and interviews aren't nearly as useful as what you're doing, in my opinion. Keep up the great work!

Thanks for your informational vlogs, and for the full-screen pictures (instead of blocking out the scenery looking into the camera all the time like so many vloggers do). Good color in your pics.

Hi Kevin, good to see you out and about exploring the places near Dumaguete. I would prefer to rent a place nearer the beach, as you have a Seabreeze because the temperature there today is about 35°C. That’s too hot for me. Alternately you can move up into the mountains where it’s much cooler. It would be good to see you make a video in a mountain resort one day. Have a great day 😊

Good video as it helps us SEE not just the rental unit but it's surroundings. Maybe on a future video you could talk about how a new person who just moved there should go about finding a place to live? Is there a website where you can research what is available before you get there? Should you hire a realtor? I assume you would stay in a hotel or AirBnB short term while looking. Anyway, great topic on an important concern of everyone!
