Yeah, he surprised me. I intended to do the video in two parts: Cast the spell from Harry Potter (which was to summon Fawkes to me), then in the second part use a treat to lure him to me--but he came on his own. I mean, you can train a bird to do what you want them to, but in the end, they have their own personalities, and they do what they want. In this case, it essentially was that he did what I wanted, but not what I expected, hence the laughing at the end. Thursday's video basically gives the explanation I just did about this video.
