And so it is! smile smile. Well done! We are all doing everything we can to be as happy as we can be given what we have been given so far in life. Thanks for sharing how you do it, getting in and out of your bed!
+Samantha Frost Thank you so much! I hope your brother is doing well and if you guys need anything please feel free to email me at: livetorollshawn@gmail.coma
I'm just a paraplegic 1 year out. 57 but my tail bone and sacroiliac are eaten up with oustarthritis and I have feeling only in that area. Really depressed but I need to get moving in the bed and draw strength from guys like you. I'll watch more as I find my niche in transfering. Blessings
+Terry Johnson Sorry to hear about that but hopefully you will be able to get the area fixed up soon. Yeah just keep working on what will work best for you.. we are all different in some way but similar in so many as well so finding something that works for you is the best thing to do. I know the depression can be very hard too but just know that things can and will get better for you!
+Christina Masterson I do have good wrist extension in my left wrist but my right is very weak. I have some extension in the right but its hard to use functionally so I pick up and do most thing with my left hand.
Hey dude! I'm happy to help with whatever I can but it's sometimes hard to find time and set up a video chat. You can email me some questions and we can go from there.. shawn@livetoroll.org

You have great tenodesis skills. Since you are C5, do you have voluntary movement of wrist extensors?
