I am very confident that Cle Bone Sloan grabbed that steering wheel in Mr. Knight's truck. Grabbing that steering wheel in Mr. Knight's truck is a form of taking control of the vehicle. That's an element of car jacking. But, since car jacking in it's totality consist of taking control of and depriving the person of the vehicle in the California Penal Code Mr. Knight didn't have the privilege and right of self-defense or due process on self-defense. Abstractly, Mr. Knight was the victim of a televised lynching broadcasted in technicolor in live television coverages. I'm just a Legal Document Assistant so.......

You’re right the justice system is brutal, by accepting the plea deal I’m sure he will serve most of his sentence. Suge was trying to bribe witnesses, and had other cases, this was all factored into his sentence.
I gotta try to help Suge. He's just a shorty compared to the judge and the prosecutors. Man.....I can't let a shorty get lynched and stand there and not do anything. When I was young I hung in a skating rink 3 or 2 days a week. The shorties looked up to me and a few other friends of mine. So you see......this is where I get into my values. The shorties would tell me or US if anyone was bullying them.
