Usually the dance practice is more combined so like not one hour there and one hour there, but like 3-5 hours in one time and then it could be in the morning, same goes for vocal lessons (I used to be a trainer for several companies)

ha.. if only. most trainees actually have around 6-7 continuous hours of singing, dancing and language lessons a day. they usually don't sleep as early as 11 since they have to practice by themselves at night.

I think there is a different type of of school in Korea so you don’t miss training, I don’t really remember but I think it’s called arts school.

It actually depends of your mood if u get good sleep u maybe be energetic and do everything and will have some energy left in your body.
If you wake up mid when u find some stuff hard and some easy and u just wanna sleep after ur done
If u wake up VERY grumpy then it will be hard for u to achieve stuff that is easy (so sleep well)

Kpop idols actually don't sleep 11pm especially kpop trainees, they sleep before 10pm because they need their beauty sleep and be energized for the next day

It's mainly from when they wake up until like 11 normal studies and than until the night arts training and also they only have 1 meal a day..
