The first thing that came to my mind while watching was that this animator seemed to have no context at all of what that was or who the characters were. Kinda makes it even funnier.

You’ve got Jeremy Freedman depressingly cooking away at the burgers at Krusty Burger’s kitchen, as it slowly pans passed this and you get more of your attention on Seymour’s house. Idk why, I highly enjoy a lot of the animations in this video, but that one shot is just so impressive to me.
