I did nails for over 8 yea, in a saturated industry and still made a lot of money. Got tired sold my business and now getting into makeup, the biggest advice i coukd give to anyone trying something new is, there may be millions doing the same thing but noone is you, so go for it and if you really want it you will succeed. Stay prayed up always she is right God will always open doors we cant even see.

I'm a professional hair braider and, I'm trying to build my clientele!
I'm an undergraduate soon to be a graduate and I plan to do home service before I eventually set up a salon. However, my mum is quite adamant because of the insecurity in the country!
Which, I totally understand! Regardless of this, I strong believe that, its is a lot better to have a good customer base, before fully investing and setting up a salon. That way, I'm a lot sure whether, I'm sold out for it and I also know what kind of environment my clients like and need as opposed to getting a salon first and later trying to but the trust and like factor between my clients!
