Mam cost of prefercence shares formula = annual preference dividend ÷ net proceeds ×100 only knowe.

Maam net proceed is 110 know….. the par value is 100 right ….

Since there is redeemed at 10% premium, redeemable value increased by 110 and net proceeds remain 100 because there is no floating vost

good evening mam, redeemable prefrence share answer is wrong. the denominator is 110 so the answer will be (10/110)*100=9.09%
