    운동할때 곡은 보통 몇개정도 하면 되나요?

      체력에 따라 다르답니다. 저같이 저질체력은 한곡(3~4분)도 힘들지만... 점핑하이에서 운동하시는 분들은 보통 30~40분간 운동하시니... 잠깐 쉬는 타임까지 하면... 보통 8~10곡 정도시죠. 앞뒤로 스트레칭을 꼭 하셔야하니 8곡정도가 무난할 듯합니다 ^^ 아~ 8곡이라니... 후덜덜
