This felt like having a heart to heart with a family or community OG who knows how to plant seeds in your heart. May Allah bless yall for getting this together and allowing the shaykh to speak his truth comfortably. Hoping he comes to Canada soon again!!

Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنهما said:
Listen to the knowledge of the scholars, but do not believe them when they speak of one another; By the One in whose hand is my soul, they become more jealous (or differ more) than the goats in their pens.

May Allah bless you brother and your efforts and bless the Sheikh as well and accept from you all.
In regards to the statement towards Mufti Menk, let’s fear Allah and may Allah protect us all. Have we ever heard Mufti call to anything other than the Quran and the sunnah? Just bc he does not approach Dawah the way you do? Have you gone through all his contents to make these statements? Now as mentioned in the podcast looking through a pigeon hole and making statements.
We know nothing but khair from Mufti Menk, well known to have studied, a solid hafidh, etc. And no one is perfect of course but the fact that you can count the man’s mistakes with one hand being this long in the Dawah may Allah preserve him. Look at his family, speaking of the sunnah, having children that are all memorizers and well brought up on deen, himself holding onto the book of Allah by heart, anyone who is a student of the Quran knows the efforts these take, etc apparently the hardest sunnahs to follow, while not to put the sheikh down, but his son is busy watching Spider-Man on his phone? Where is the sunnah of tarbiyyah…May Allah protect and guide the sheikhs family and ours and allow us to not talk about others recklessly.
We judge from what is apparent, and from what is apparent mufti Menk seems to be following the sunnah in his personal life, in regards to having the Quran, tarbiyyah of children, akhlaq, appearance, etc more than most that speak of him. May Allah protect our hearts from envy and any disease knowingly or unknowingly.
And lastly to you brothers, this is your podcast either you defend people spoken about unjustly or you make a disclaimer in the beginning of your videos. We are going to be held accountable for every single word in front of Allah.
Again may Allah allow us all to benefit, and fear him the best way possible and make us truly followers of the sunnah to the best of our ability. I apologize for anything wrong I have said.

      Mufti Menk?
Didn't he first say Homosexuals worse than animals and then in an interview retract and say he was mistaken, and claim he has homosexual friends?
      Shame he's a people pleaser.
      نعوذ بالله من ذلك

@@Saif0412 great, what does this have to do with what I said here? All I mentioned is apparent. But let’s entertain your fitnah.
Now go ahead and proof what you just said actually happened the way you said, or proof that you’re a liar. One will be clear for sure. I’ve seen that whole interview. By the way I won’t get tired of defending any Muslim honor, including yourself if you are a Muslim. I’ll be waiting, even worse, basic aqeedah…Allah will be waiting for you to defend your comment. Go on now.

@@Saif0412 and if your mindset is retracting is a quality of a people pleaser, a lot of major scholars have made statements that they retracted on. So I don’t see any sense in your statement. With all due respect to all I said.
