Nice clip Graig. Man by the time my shoulders healed, the amount of traffic Mt Cottons getting, it’ll be blown out again 😂😂 oh well at lest I got to see it 🤙🏽
Enjoy Richard, you will absolutely love these trails, biggest advice I can give is to always stay focused and relaxed on the 3 main trails as they do have some tech sections, although reasonably easy they can get the better of you if you freeze up..
They are soo good, I need to get back and jump the 3 just after the chute then boost the final run a little smoother and more gracefully than I did in this run.. Keen whenever you are…
Yet again another fantastic video you've done Craig! How good is it to have Mt Cotton open again, so stocked to be riding these trails again! Had the first ride back there this morning since they reopened and man I've gotta level up my jumping skills again to maintain enough trail speed with the new jumps and lips. Man you make some of those jumps/doubles look so easy shredder! Hopefully I'll see you on the trails in the not to far future, cheers man.
Thanks heaps once again legend, always appreciate your comments.. Yeah some of the jumps do require more than just flow now, there is some skill and confidence required for one or 2. Let me know a day your keen to go ride there and hopefully we can make it work..
@@FlowmentumMTB yeah sweet! If the weather is ok I'll be there Monday morning. Pretty confident Saturday 30th and Sunday 1st will be Mt cotton days for myself.
Welcome Back. This was one of thee most fun rides ive had in a while, its so good to have Mount Cotton Trails open again but even better having them all built up with slightly bigger jumps, this place just keeps on giving. # - WOULD LOVE TO KNOW how the sound is on your end, when I edit my vids the recording Sound is always on FLAT but this and the last vid I upped the pitch/tone a little, is it OK?
Do a vid showing, digging the rear in hard allows time for the front to be positioned before the next apex. The front wheel 600ml bottle flick, into transition.
Great to see you tearing this new stuff up Craig. I like how you easily manual through a lot of the doubles too. That’s another thing I need to work on. It really smooths everything out for you. Smashed the Westy’s step down no sweat 🤘 Sick.
Thanks Ezz, I dont think my Step Up effort looks as clean from the sideline but I told myself at the top, no matter what I do just be sure to try stay smooth and commit to what ever comes my way.. Manuals are thee most important factor for riding, I will gladly put the manual in front of Jumping as a Priority..
@@stewiejonza1363 so true, that lower section does actually ride better without the big lips IMO as it allows for more rider control and predictability. HOWEVER i love unpredictability and challenges so I prefer it as it is now..
Yeah there is Leo Love on my end, ive ridden the loop a couple of times now and enjoy it, maybe it needs some loven as no one really does much on this do they..
Hey Billy welcome to the GC mate, the start of the trails are located at the only roundabout on West Mount Cotton Road at the Quarry, you will easily see the trail entrance from the parking spot.. Enjoy and ride safe..
@@FlowmentumMTB if that was me I’d probably be over the bars screaming F*ck at the top of my lungs as I do a forward roll and attempt to stick the landing 😂😂😂😂
A fantastic video Craig, these trails are so cool, thanks for showing the trails and your contribution. It was great to watch. You were going really fast, awesome riding and jumps. Thanks for sharing and the great footage. Keep up the good work and have a great day buddy. Ride on🤙
Experienced Mt Cotton for the 1st time , the day after it opened back up. Sick place. Been wanting to check it out for a while after seeing your videos of it. Killer seeing signs for adaptive riders too ! Great content Craig... I watch your videos and it's like I'm watching a video of a guy flying through the bush with a bike trying to keep up with him 😆 👍🤪🤟
Haha classic call and I do greatly appreciate the props my man thank you.. So stoked you got to finally experience Mount Cotton, I’m sure it was well worth it in the end huh…Thanks for the support..
I’ve been waiting for this vid! I was really interested in how you ride them and your thoughts! No surprise to me, nothing fazed you in the slightest! I love watching your riding mate…. Effortless! I need to get myself back to full strength and get in there for a spin. I can already tell you, mines going to be vastly different. Keep doing you bro cheers 👊🏼
Thanks for the lovin Julesy, greatly appreciated. You know im always keen to wanna help any track sections you want advice on. How you feeling now everything is scabbing up, having annoying sleeps at night?
@@FlowmentumMTB hey mate…. Yeah, I’m on the mend! Scabs are healing up good. Shoulder is still not 100%. Just stoked I have TH-cam! If I can’t ride… the next best thing is watching mates ride and getting stoked. Cheers for checking in on me mate… means heaps👊🏼
Hey mate, im running a Michelin E-Wild 2.6 up front and a Michelin Rock R2 Enduro rear. Deadset fkn awesome combo until I can get me some Wild Emduro’s again.
Sweet Vid Craig 👍. Natural talent to hit some of that stuff first try mate ... So which upgraded trail did you prefer the most ? I'm thinking the bottom of Blacking out is the best upgrade IMO. 🤙😉.
Thank you Phil. In my defence I have ridden there in the past and last week watched Aidan’s vid (Bicycle Curious) to get an idea on what to expect. Still it didn’t seem to highlight some of those jumps though haha.. I agree the last half of Blacking Out is still the best HOWEVER as an overall top to bottom I reckon Westys may own it for me..
Wow rock n roll! Great cycling! Amazing roads! Thanks for nice sharing! Have a lovely day my friend!👍👏🔥
Woooow so amazing and beautiful sharing. Keep it up
i'm watching, absolutely awesome trail 👍👍

AH, MukMan, selling your brand I see! About bloody time. Better than smashing gardens in Kaleen. 😇
Ahh good ole Kayleen. Take me back to those days.
Great trails and very well ridden 😎
They certainly are great trails Oreste, thanks for watching.
Sick Craig. So fast and full send on runs without a sighter yeeeewwwww!

Hello Electric Bike and thank you. Yes I’m loving my Druid but still not yet lucky enough to get my eBike, saving up and will have one soon enough..
Nice vid again mate, the trails look good after all that rain.
Thanks Steve, there has been a solid amount of work done to all trails and it shows in how much fun they are now..
