I started posting again a few months ago. Even once a week can be hard depending on the content. Once I have a clear strategy and feel good I’m locked in. The key for me is having safety to not getting to a place where I feel overwhelmed again
Absolutely, this is so true! Like you said, it’s so dependent on the type of content, some people might feel that 1 video is more than achievable, others will be struggling to post once a month. And I agree, having flow with your strategy helps immensely 😊

3 videos a week can definitely work if the creator posts videos that are a really quick chit chat video or a vlog. Some creators prefer to do shorter videos. So that could be another option. So basically like a podcast. I personally prefer making my videos 5 minutes or longer though.

Last year (in my other niche), I uploaded 3 times per week for a few months then went down to 2 times per week for another 6 months or so. I cannot say that it made me grow faster 😅😅😅.

I post 6 shorts and 1 long form every week. The shorts support the long form. I thought of uploading 2x a week with long content but that means lowering the quality of the content, and that is not acceptable and will push me into the burnout zone much too easily! Great advice!
That’s sounds like such a great schedule that you’ve got going at the moment! You’re absolutely right, as soon as it starts to push you towards lowering the quality of your content, that often leads to burnout as we’re not truly creating the content we want to create! I was doing 5 times a week for a while. It’s doable since I’m currently full time and got pretty fast at editing. Now I don’t stress about hitting a certain number, like you said putting a deadline on it meant the videos were lackluster. I’ve found more success taking time to edit them and spending more time on title and thumbnails rather than just rapid fire simple videos.
Wow, 5 videos a week is incredible! I totally agree, it’s really nice to be able to spend a bit more time developing your content, rather than trying to hit a high upload target each week! 😊
*I post 1 video a Week and I work F/T When I'm on vacation I'll usually have 2 videos a week but I like 1 video a week as it helps me think of my Next video*

I was posting twice a week when I started my channel, just to reach the monetisation criteria sooner. Once monetised, it's once a week, sometimes two.
