Still a classic. I got a flashback of high school, seeing my first crush AND crying on my friend's tree house over the weekend 'cause he had a girlfriend at the time. It was a totally different feeling like I don't feel anything like that anymore especially growing up. Even though we see things differently now and became numb as we age, at least once in our lives we experienced that magical feeling and I'm still grateful 🙂

For me the reason why i like this movie so much is that i was once in this situation where i wholeheartedly fall for a guy who was out of my league ((you can say that coz i was really not a pretty o popular girl)) I never expect to receive any of his feelings coz i like him so much but one time he caught me that i have feelings for him in such an embarrassing way... I have to add that my friends support me so much ((i have low self esteem)) that they give make me confident to some extent... After a while he would surprisingly appear out of nowhere wherever i am that made me so excited... But we never actually talk or via message also... We were also on the same hostel ...he actually initiates our first conversation, ((but not really actual converse as i was too shy to talk to him)) we never really talk but we would always steal a glance, both him and me... My Friend strongly suspect that he like me back also also the most surprising for me was that he would always appear out of nowhere when i was unwell or sick... At the end of the semester he would continuously talk to me ((i swear i never took the initiative)) and gust like that we have finished our semester... After we graduate we dont talk anymore or via message as i mentioned before but i cant forget him also... The craziest fact is that his friends also suspect that we end up together which we didn't... After 2 yrs withmy friends encouragement i gather up my courage and confess to him ((thats my first ever text to him)) i also feel embarrassed coz after 2 yrs i suddenly text him for the very First time and confess to him uhhh i know that im ridiculous also.... But he replied me with no sign of ignorance and we chat for a few hours ((i nearly cried during the whole conversation)) but after the chat ended we never talk again i also don't give a further hope for the future also... But after that my friend bf which was his friends ((they met only after ok))during the whole things ended he told me that he actually really like me back but was also too embarrassed to admit at that time(( he was one of the popular guy among the campus ok)) this made me feel ver happy andgave me a feeling like i had been given a freedom to move on coz as i look back he also gave me a numerous sign that i never acknowledged ((i was slow witted)) if only at that time we had the courage to take the initiatives but this experience is the most wonderful things that happened to me.... Now we were on different country and some day i hope we would have met again only for once also 😊

We almost never talked during uni time cause he is so popular and had several had ex girlfriends who are so pretty (models, fair skin, slim, tall). I am far from popular and my skin is not fair. I am not that slim. My skin is a bit tanned. We actually always met up each other since high school in after school classes that was held in different school. He went to all boy catholic high school and I went to christian school. It was also a place to prepare entrance exam for public uni for all senior students in their last year. I first saw him on high school magazine that I got for free. This magazine was sent out to all high school in my city. I saw his picture and told my friend,"I like this guy. He is so cute." I never knew that we would be in the same preparation class in the after class study that was held in different school. Then we went to the same university, in the same faculty! I even did not know he would go to the same uni as me. We always glanced at each other. Almost never said a word. Even met in him in another city during uni holiday again coincidentally. So many memories. But never been brave enough to tell that to him. No we live in different country.. I wish I had that courage to tell him... those young teenager times...

This movie will have a special place in my heart. Same with Nam, I tried everything to get noticed by that special someone. Even my friends and classmates got my back the way Nam got hers. Long story short, we graduated and never got that chance. Been living in the US for years now and still wondering if I will ever get the same chance Nam got in the end of the movie. What if? This movie will always remind me of my high school experience, my first crush or love..I don't really know. But I can always feel the pain of this movie, I can relate to Nam. He is also a player, of takraw, and just like Nam I just admired him from afar for years. I also did my best to make him notice me, he became my inspiration to believe in myself and have courage to experience things and make myself better. But I think he never like me, I am just the one hoping. And also it didn't end well, now he has a girlfriend and I hope his happy. I just wish that we will also meet after 9 or 10 years from now.
