I loved this film , I often holiday in Hunstanton . Times change but all through the years families enjoying and playing on the beach never changes it’s the simple pleasures in life that make the memories .
I thoroughly enjoyed watching this film, although my memories start in the 50's, not too much has changed. Thank you for your hard work to preserve and present it to us. (I notice quite a few Peterborough registration plates on the vehicles. Keep up the good work Drew.
At 20:35 there is what appears to be an RAF Fordson barrage balloon winch plus trailer passing by. Fascinating to think how much things would change in a matter of days.

This is Old Hunstanton. We had a beach hut there at the end of the War when there was still barbed wire among the sand dunes.
@ 3.40 the dog takes advantage while the woman is building a sandcastle to have a slash on the picnic basket.....oi...gerrout of it!
Well spotted! It's something I noticed too after the 2nd or 3rd viewing. Found it very comical.
