It is a painful ordeal... Me and wife went through every possible procedure... One Godly person told us a medical procedure will never work on us even though our tests were normal on most occasions... So far we did two ivf cycles with unexpected failures... Often i temind myself of the great Prophets who were tested with childlessness and they didnt lose their faith, eventually some were blessed. It is a historical curse and only God knows when it will break...
This is awesome! My husband had low T he took clomid for 90 days and improved it so we are going to try natural for a couple months before we consider ICSI. We had two failed IUI. I feel like when will it be our turn. Baby dust to all ❤
I can relate to this 100% I got the shock of my life a year ago when doctor said I had 0 sperm. The urologist I went to ruled out obstructive azoospermia. Next he did blood work and found my testosterone and sex binding hormone very low. It's controlled by pituitary gland. We did and MRI and sure enough there was something wrong with it. He put me on medication that will stimulate the gland and 3 months after that, I reported a few thousand sperm (still low but not bad). However all were dead and had no motility. Another 3 months and sperm count went down but we got motility. Today we are on our second cycle of IVF. In this cycle, I could get 15 sperms with good motility and quality. But enough for a cycle of IVF. It's been a very difficult year for us. But I feel that with correct medical help we have made good progress. We pray that this cycle will get us our baby, if not we will continue trying. If you have been recently diagnosed with azoospermia, I know it's a devastating news, but I want you to know that is not the end, don't lose hope.
Male factor infertility was corrected for my coworker. He and his wife tried to have kids for 15 years. Then a Urologist suggested a 30 day treatment of Cipro. After 2 months his wife was pregnant! Sadly, she miscarried after about 8 weeks, likely caused by the emotional distress she experienced when her mother died unexpectedly. However, she got pregnant again in only 3 months and they now have had 2 healthy babies. It turns out my coworker probably had an undetected bacterial infection caused by something called Ureaplasma which is sometimes very difficult to detect and this was affecting his fertility. Whatever the infection was, 30 days of Cipro cleared it up. There is so much money in IVF treatments, I think the medical profession is ignoring the simple solution for SOME people.

With the man being basically sterile, there is no way to achieve pregnancy aside from by IVF. There is just no other way of ensuring the sperm and egg meet.

I still feel hopeless after this video. I am not able to have kids because of my infertility. After 5 years of trying I told my wife it’s not in the cards.
Hang in there, were are going for 19 years male infertility, still seeing specialist, urologist, and many surgeries and procedures I've given up many times and then I find the strength to continue.
male factor infertility could be caused by an infection in the prostate, which is very difficult to detect, but a 30 day treatment with cipro may work, that's exactly what happened to a colleague at work and his wife was pregnant with a month or two after his treatment. They were childless for more that 10 years, I think 15.
To everyone who has shared their experiences: I have a quick question about managing the related expenses over the years. I understand that the process can be quite costly, especially in the US, and doing it multiple times adds to the expense. I'm very interested in hearing how you've handled these costs
There are 21 states that include 3 free IVF cycles with insurance check to see if yours is one. I know Maryland, NY, and Colorado are amongst those that do! I manage the cost by working overtime, spending less on unnecessary items, and by writing off on my taxes which you are able to do. My insurance doesn’t cover treatments but it covers test and diagnostic stuff. I hope this helps some

yes, a 30 day treatment with CIPRO can cure prostatis. Could also be chlamydia, mycoplasma or ureaplasma. CIRPO for 30 days can get the levels up high enough in the prostate (which is very difficult to treat) to kill of the bugs.
My wife and I did one IVF cycle it failed but we knew going into it you more than likely have to to do more than one cycle but my question is how did you afford 3 cycles??

It doesn't hurt as much any more but I am really hoping it goes away or becomes operable because right now its too small and the urologist says I run the risk of killing my teste on the operating table.
