I completely disagree with Josh and Caleb winning. The only thing they did that blew me away was the Chicken parm. That was impressive, but ice cream sandwich's are a dime a dozen. Nothing special or exciting about them. I am impressed little Andrew didn't unalive streeter though. Little Andrew is MVP in my eyes and deserved all the praise and admiration.
I would say next time you should have someone who NO one is super aware of their palette. Cassie was unbiased but knowing those things gave Josh a massive advantage and he knows possible pitfalls to avoid.

I like how Josh was making a joke about 50% of the population thinking that cilantro tastes like toothpaste, but 20% of the population actually think that cilantro tastes like soap.
For the next cooking challenge, to make it even more fair I think you should do a blind taste test with the cooks not even in the same room as the taste tester. That would make it even more interesting. Have a separate waiter / waitress deliver the items to the taste tester.
