Please put out some videos on PCV and breathing hose. Majority of mechanics will ignore this points.
Same issue is with my car. I have tiago NRG. I took this to tata service centre and told them the same issue. They said 36000 cost to change steering wrek😵.
But now your video will help me to get my car repair in very minimum cost.

bohot badiya information di bhai , maine apni gadi me steering rod, joint , pinion , rack aur pipe me greasing karwa li , poori rod k sath grease bhar bhar k dalwa di, uske baad to steering aise rotate hota hai jaise power steering ho, lekin maine pipe me grease castrol ki synthetic grese 500 gram bharwai thi. thoda mehenga jarror padega lekin steering ki life secure ho jayegi.

Ignis 2018 me front wheel bearing change ho sakta hai kya ya wheel hub hi change karna parega. Agar koi bearing lag sakta hai to please batayein.

Chevrolet spark me power steering hai to kya mai koi local brand other than OEM laga sakta hu aur ye kitna din chal sakta h ya sirf original OEM steering rack lagwana hoga

Sir in my nios also same reduction gear warm shaft problem around 15 k repairing part cost n labour extra i got quotation from service centre i think in all hyundai cars this problem comes n parts r very costly or service centre people r charging higher side for just a 3000 part i got from other service centre double n other 3 times more

Thank you for the information. This problem and noise encountered in xuv300. As per dealer's diagnosis, this steering rack changed. But as you said not feeling confidence in steering yet, problem with the noise solved. What could be the reason of not feeling confidence in steering?

If the only sounds are on rough road, sharp ridges and click when turning the steering. Will it be the rack damping or the rack to wheel connector at fault. Garages have changed every part of the suspension so far to no effect

भाई मेरे पास beat diesel है। खड़ी गाड़ी में रेस देने पर पूरा rpm जाता है पर चलती गाड़ी 3000 rpm से ऊपर नही जाती।
Vaccum line और थ्रोटल बॉडी सब चेक कर लिया है।
Sir tata Tiago driver side ki taraf गढ़े में बड़े पत्थर के बीच जिससे rim bhi thoda टेडा हो गया था,
एलाइनमेंट आऊट हो गया था ,फिर मशीन से एलाइनमेंट कराया, ओ कह रहे थे कुछ mud Gaya अंदर ,एलाइनमेंट तो हो गया, पर हाई स्पीड में स्टीयरिंग से आवाज आती है, उबड़ खाबड़ रोड में भी कट कट की आवक आती है
क्या प्राब्लम,या क्या चीज मुड़ी हो सकती है, चिमटा, आर्म्स, rack, स्पिन, सोकर,टाटा सेंटर वालों का तो10 हजार तो सर्विस फीस ही है
लोकल वालो को दिखाया, उनकी समझ में नहीं आया,
आगे टायर एक ट्यूबलेस, और एक ट्यूब वाला है, इससे फर्क पड़ता है क्या,

Hi, I have 1st generation Swift VDI model. It's 2008 model very well maintained. I have this same problem of rack. Only when my car goes in rough path that time it makes sound of kad kad. Otherwise on smooth road it's very smooth. I went to my authorised Maruti garage they are saying to change full rack. And it's very costly. Maybe around 20k or 25k. Pls guide if it has to be changed fully or can it be repaired. I am from Nagpur. Thansk

First you need to check ball joint and shocker mounting
