Hakka Noodles or Pasta 🤤🤤

Hello guys i am Chef Purnima
And today i am making Hakka Noodles 🍜
Recipe (Ingredients)
Chopped onion - 1 onion
Chopped garlic - 1tsp
Chopped ginger - 1tsp
Julienne cabbage - half cabbage
Julienne carrot - 1 small carrot
Julienne capsicum - 1 capsicum
Julienne red & yellow - 1 each
Chopped chillies (As per your taste)
Now boil Noodles till soft
Add all veggies
Add oil to a pan
Ginger
Garlic
Onion
Cabbage
Carrot
Capsicum
Chilli
Black pepper powder
Salt to taste
To make noodles non-sticky add a tea spoon of oil and mix it well
Saute it until soft and cooked at little
Add boiled noodle
Mix well
Add sauces
Red chilli
Soy sauce
Schezwan sauce
Mix well
Serve hot
And there you have it Veg Hakka noodles
