That was a fun video! This plus the emotional One Championship fight week video gave us fans a good view into Smilla's world. She seems like such a genuine person, nothing fake and nothing to hide, what you see is what you get and that's such a special thing these days.

Must say that when Smilla was backing up after receiving so those hard punches from Natalia right hand in round one ( you can see the shock in Smillas face), I though she was going to be knock down or even knocket out. Amazing come back indeed.

Well done, but I did miss your kicks in the fight.
I could feel the nervousness and the "I don't know what to do" before the first round. But from the start of the second she gathered herself, everything was more clear and warmed up! This was a win thru pain and learning. Experience is an awesome thing to get, that's why we are here, to learn! ✌️

IMHO ONE should perhaps open a new weight class for taller/larger women whom will naturally be heavier than the 125 lbs range.

but this is more in terms of physical growth and combat, smilla is full grown in that regard
@@Tom67Slick Bit same there as well, yes she wont grow taller no. But her muscles will get stronger and have more impact, even if she stay in same weight class. Still some "body fat" there to be transformed in to muscles. Also the other girl have 10more experience in fighting. Common sens combined with the will to learn more over the next 10 years will grow alot on Smilla
She seems so normal when she is not fighting.

Full bone density and muscle mass is not achieved until at the earliest 25 years of age. There's a difference between being an adult for 6 months and being an adult for 10 years.

Being pretty , cute ,sweet tone to voice and self deprication its hard to believe the young women in ring is same analyzing her fight , she is so young but so nasty . I like her straight forward way of speaking without sounding too crass , very open but not hard in her demenour , she says now I am angry in a way that is so not scary but is terrifying if your an appoment . Gives her apponents credit for skills and rocking her , admits the fear . Apponent who gets better the better you perform , has cardio like that and just goes forward is demoralizing . A nervous young women who needs to be hit a bit to activate also scary . You have to try , especially if you have the speed advantage and hit hard but you know your advantage flips the switch and cuts the nerves but no other option in this sport that is action type of trading . She is built for this type of fighting , looks slightly more adult but still not completely grown and not near peaking , likely to keep getting better if stays healthy and keeps the excitement and humble yet ferocious terminator mindset . Nothing to dislike .
