i love it when cities invest in parks and green spaces. this one is really nice chad! great. i might be a bit scooter obsessed as i kept looking and looking for one. and there one is at 4:41 and rentals later on too!!! 🥳 i'd love to scoot here and would definitely hit the food stalls. halo halo, lumpia, or grilled corn please, although it all looked so good! 👍 🛴❤

Hi thank you for your comment the last time i go there i think you can park in the parking areas near in the park im not sure if its paid because i didnt see any parking booths that time maybe its free but if there is any parking fee i think it would cost around 50 pesos i did park in alabang town center when i go to central park the last time but there is parking spaces near central park that you can park try to check if they are paid or still free hope this helps❤️❤️❤️
FILINVEST CITY is the same as BGC, but why so many people WANTS to live in BGC even thou condo is SO EXPENSIVE? But NOT in filinvest city? Because of PROPAGANDA they made, people tells that BGC is SO BEAUTIFUL why? So that many 😂people will want to live in BGC, if so many people WANTS to buy condo in BGC they can INCREASE the value SO MUCH, because they knew and thwy are sure that STILL people will buy, BGC condo before is NOT SO EXPENSIVE, but becausw of this propaganda IT BECAME SO SO EXPENSIVE,
you would notice that SO MANY PEOPLE keeps telling that BGC is SO BEAUTIFUL, that their project IS THE NEXT BGC, NO ONE tells it the NEXT filinvest, thats PROPAGANDA,
