Worst mistake, bringing Getsy in. If it lands Top 3 QB is the draft, he turns into a franchise guy, it will be worth losing with Getsy. The AFC West is now one of the best division in football. I’m very frustrated with the way that this season is going. BUT we do have to admit that part of the reason why we are doing so bad is because of all of the injuries that we faced this season.. Jackson power Johnson wasn’t playing for several games before he came in. Nate Hobbs has been out. AOC went down for weeks. Max was out for the first game of his entire career. Wilkins out for more games than he played. Micheal Mayer out half of the season. Epps out for the whole season. Malcom Koonce out for the season. And we lost our WR1 which is okay because we have jacoby but preparation wise that unexpected blow to the personal was hard to adjust to. Add that with a bad OC and Offensive line coach And a change of both coaches mid season etc… We kind of didn’t stand a chance this season. But I am still optimistic that we will have a good year next year we just need to get healthy and stick to the plan. And stick to AOC and draft a QB to fight it out for QB1 as well as pick Josh Jacobs back up since he will be feee next season. That last part is wishful thinking lol but it isn’t impossible.

But defense couldn't stop Fins with a 3 and out and gave up a TD, then with a little hope left Minshew like clockwork put the nail in the coffin with the interception. Minshew is playing good but seems to always give up a crucial turnover. I think Ridder is a bit taller and more aggressively mobile. But if Minshews in then I want him to play great. Go Raiders. Offense did look a bit better lots of shorter plays with FGs. Gotta improve be more dominant and explosive need more points on the board. Zamir has been predictable with 2 yard runs. Gotta improve. Minshew is playing good but seems to always give up a crucial turnover. I think Ridder is a bit taller and more aggressively mobile. But if Minshews in then I want him to play great. Go Raiders. Offense did look a bit better lots of shorter plays with FGs. Gotta improve be more dominant and explosive need more points on the board. Zamir has been predictable with 2 yard runs. Gotta improve. Defense playing good but allowing to many pass completions and work on cleaning up penalties, need more run stop defense. Been a fan since the 70s, still waiting for the return to glory. Bad luck with AOC injury. Not sure if we would win but Minshews interception this week looked exactly like another one with Davante Adams weeks ago. If you keep getting interceptions off a similar route/ play then remove it
