For example, caring less about our own desires and wants, and more about helping others to be happy and meeting their needs. Happiness will then come to us. Next time you admire something about a person, tell them. Simply paying a compliment, or smiling at a person will make their day, and you will feel a small burst of happiness from doing this. Build on this, and before you know it you will start to become a happier. Good luck?
The Lord Jesus Christ saved my life many times when I was severely depressed. Weeks had passed and I didn't know it. The Lord was with me and helped me. I went to see a psychiatrist that gave me some anti-depressant medication. I took the medicine and the depression went away in about 30 minutes to an hour. I also started exercising too. Change your thoughts. Think on whatsoever is pure, lovely and of good report and the God of peace will be with you.
I just had my son 2-2-22 this is the the most amazing sound he loves it it helps him sleep it helps him calm down I use to hear this while I was pregnant for the same reasons

For the past year I’ve been listening to this particular ocean sound video and nothing else to sleep to. I don’t know why but something about the moon calms me down. I love the way she pushes and pulls the waves in this video. No other video can make me feel at ease when it’s time for bed.

This is the best video on the internet, seriously. I have misophonia and I know it sounds made-up, but I genuinely cannot stand certain sounds and it has been ruining my life. I bought noise-canceling headphones and I put this on every single night to go to sleep. Whenever I hear a noise that bothers me, I put this on. And for some reason, every other white noise sound bothers me too. Thank you so so so much for this video, I know this sounds dramatic but you have no idea how much this video has helped me. I just bought a sleep mask too, so I'm prepared to have the best sleep ever.

Not everything has been corrupted, and you can still find the majesty of God if you're willing to seek it out.

I had a very serious motorcycle accident losing many bones and brain bleeds. I suffer bad mental health and anxiety issues. At times i feel im going to die. Ive no hip knee or femur also. Smashed up left hand. This helps when i take ill at night. I wouldn't go on only ive a wife and daughter to look after. I 🙏❤🙏😪
