Love your smile, your happiness, and your energy! Speaking of energy, I thought it was super interesting that without the B12, you were noticing it. When I did some research on fatigue, I was not aware of the popularity and the extent to which doctors Are even giving their patients B12 shots and what a difference it's making. You helped verify that. I've never been one for vitamins, but I really was feeling sluggish and I have started taking a women's multivitamin every day. That's probably a good idea anyway ;-) hugs hugs and wishing you an awesome weekend!

Thanks Amy! Yeah, I’m taking a multi as well but I think I’m going to try to supplement with some additional B vitamins to help in the energy department:) I hope your weekend is awesome too!

@@MommininMillstown take the methyl-B12. Some don’t notice a difference in the cabalomin methyl-cabolimin (forgive my spelling errors). I have good luck with the methylcabolomin.

We're getting your rain here in Ga for the next four days so I know what you mean! Although we had some low temps, we were one of the few states that didn't get snow in the last couple of weeks so I won't complain! Glad the semaglutide is working well for you..I did not do well on it at all! Was so glad to finally get back on Zepbound! I did not have the energy on sema that I do on MJ and Zepbound so that may be part of your tiredness also. Have a great week!

Oh I hate that y’all are getting all this rain we had. It was relentless:/ Yeah, I definitely miss having more energy but I only have a couple more doses of the Semaglutide then I’m back on the tirzepatide:)

You're llooking great. I finally moved to 10mg. During the period when I was griping I asn't loosing, I actaully lost ten pound ove the course of six weeks more but it was so bouncy. But I've been 2 pounds over or my goal wait since Deceber and I decided to bite the bullet. Probably a good idea. So we shall see.

Oh dang, you’re so close to your goal!! That’s amazing! I hate the bouncing around of my weight, but I guess that’s just how my body works, lol. You’ll have to let me know how the 10 is working for you:)

@@MommininMillstown oh dear no idea how goal weight got in my response. I still have 86 pounds to my supreme dream goal weight! 66 pounds to my 'yes will maybe one day get there goal weight.' I just want to get under 200. Even that feels far away but I think I can do it. My point

@@MommininMillstown ...oops sent too soon. My My point was that during the time when I thought I was stalled which lasted maybe 2 months actually when I look at the chart I lost 10 lb over that time but I was bouncing around so much that I didn't really notice it. But I have been truly stalled for about 6 weeks where I'm just bouncing the same 2 lb zone. So I decided to stop playing around with trying to stay at a lower dose and I went to the 10 which so far seems to have been a good move. I truly worry about getting to 15 and the food noise returning. The food noise is the absolute worst of all of it. Yes I don't like being fat and I don't like if my A1C were to go above normal again go way above normal again. But I cannot take the torture of the food noise now that I haven't had it so long.

I think they add color/dye to B12, which could be what was causing your reaction.

Oh yeah, you’re right! It could be the dye and not the vitamin itself! That would be a relief:)

I am from Galveston county. I saved tons of money I reconstitute myself. I figure those health spas probably buy it from the company I get it from and reconstitute it and charge 500 a month.

Yeah, probably so! I have heard a lot of people who are getting theirs from a peptide company and reconstituting it themselves.

They can’t do straight TZ in a compound for patent reasons. It may have B6 instead. I don’t think it is your diet. Switching medicines so often is strongly discouraged. I realize you have had to, but if you can stay on TZ , you will have better results. You are doing g great, but you seem disappointed, son of thought I would mention it.
