About time a Mexican makes noise in the league
🇲🇽
toscano anderson but that guy was more black than mexican tho that’s why he had hops
Half Mexican. He's half white too. But I'll give him props for his Chicano heritage
@@Shinobi33but he looks more Mexican and represented Mexican in the dunk contest
@@FernandoMosqueda-xb7fx he looks white too man. Look I get it not many Mexicans playing pro ball to celebrate. You take what you can get. But don't exaggerate and be tacky. He's half white and grew up in the suburbs. Don't even speak Spanish. And I love the guy but he's not really Mexican. He's half Chicano ancestry wise. But really white personality wise
As a fellow Bruin, I am so proud of Jaques Jr. Let's go!
His 1 on 1 skill is scary
He looks CLEAN what a foundation and good size. 6'7 and basically a self starter. Get the rookie card boys he's gonna be a waking bucket.
That grown man spin move is deadly
Facts 💯
He has mentality.
I believe that it is much better for a basketball player to complete four-year college education because he can develop his maturity, wisdom, sense of responsibility, capabilities intelligence and understanding of a game. He can get along with his teammates and coaches easily because he is a good listener and a fast learner. He is a valuable asset to any organization.
3:10 - bro matured so quickly, he became Jimmy's predecessor.
Maybe you mean "protégé" instead of "predecessor" but it ain't a travesty! All jokes aside, Jaquez looks like the real deal! Keep up the great hoops content!
It would actually be successor.
@@StevenEatsAlone😂😂😂
21 likes for the comment says it all about the current state of English. 😂 And English is not even my first language.
@@SidVidZidyou haven't seen "would of" and "could of" yet..
It's actually "antiprecessor." 😂
if only ausar thompson can make a shot to save his life. he was 3rd best rookie in november but probably has hit a rookie wall. now he’s behind JJJ
Mexican Jimmy Is A Stub And He Lowkey Athletic Don’t Sleep 😴 On Him
The world is learning about JJJ. However because of his playing style he’ll continue to be under the radar until the playoffs and if he’s closing out fourth quarters then you know the Heat will be trouble like they always are.
How can a team with so much success recently continue to be sleepers!?
We can not believe that a rookie is playing like he has won 5 championship in a stretch period, and that ball player is jaimez
Triple J the real deal without a doubt
He's a better athlete than people would think. He could really dunk when he gets the chance. Just concentrates on his best traits
i can name about 100 nba players with better dunk packages and they’re all part of a minority
@@OscarDeLaCoca I don't know about a 100 but I'm not denying there's many better dunkers out there. I'm just saying he can get up if he has to.
He dunk on Father Time he wasn’t scared of him he D him up
Ceiling - Playoffs Jimmy
Flooring - Emo Jimmy
Jaime is Jimmy's jr.
He looks like a Pirate
😂😂 looks like the anonymous mask
Love your vids bro!
Juan Wick aka Hacker!
He got the old school he fits perfectly Miami system he able to find their chemistry rapidly
W post day birthday post thanks Wilson
He reminds me of luis Scola but has the potential to be way better especially when it comes to ball handling, court vision, intangibles, iso scoring and 3pt shooting.
A not fat Scola lol🎉
The only thing in common with him is his hair.
He plays nothing like him
@@immanueldelcastillo6041 go watch a highlight tape dum dum
Stop it! 😂
Mexican lebron
The best Mexican in the league 😂
Rooting for my brown brutha
He is a new version of manu giobili
3:46 Winner of the All-Time Collegiate Basketball Big 3 Most Awesome Hair Award
Heats Kylo Ren can hoop 🔥🔥🔥🔥
After jimmy, Adebayo and lowry, and the next is jaquez
Jaquez is a bad azz player maker After jimmy and adebayo period
USC fan here but this man can play
Juan Wicke 💪
Captain Morgan is definitely baby-Jimmy. Tyler Herro becomes more expendable than EVER. Caleb Martin and Duncan Robinson along with Jimmy and Josh Richardson give Miami more depth than they have ever had.
That's ridiculous The Miami Heat have shown every reason as to why we need Tyler all these pathetic scoring droughts we've gone in the 4th quarter especially would have never happened if Tyler were playing especially that pathetic Knicks performance where we only made 3 baskets!
Y need to improve your audio man🎉
The Mexican Jesus
Triple Jotah!
Proud to be the 305th like
Chet Holmgren doesn't play like a rookie either..... Hey even Brandon Miller is legit. Heck that podiemski guy on the Warriors doesn't play like a rookie. Cason Wallace isn't playing like a rookie he's a perfect role player. The heat aren't the only team to find talent deep. Saying Jaquez will replace Jimmy Buckets is laughable im sorry. Jaquez is a nice well rounded player that is solid all around but yah...... Hes not gonna be Jimmy
Omg 22 year old Jaquez put up 16 5 and 3 in a rrgular season game the heat lost by 20!?! OmG!! And im a laker n ucla fanboy and love Jaquez game.....
It's also very disrespectful you call him not that athletic cuz he's white... I see a vertical that's called athletic.
Cason Wallace is a top 10 pick, so are Wemby and Chet, matter of fact, Wemby and Chet, Miller are top picks, they're expected to be elite.
And no, that Podiemzki dude isn't legit, he's getting his numbers for sure, but he's inefficient as hell. You're reaching.
Idk what you're on. Miami definitely aren't the only franchise who gets talent deep, but they're the only teamthat regularly does it.
And no, they shouldn't be saying he's the next Jimmy Butler, cuz he isn't, he's just playing efficiently, like Butler.
@@yapyap3do you even know what you're saying. If he gets more efficient he would already be better offensive player than Butler. Of course not playoff Butler yet but just few years he'll be just as good.
Jimmy Butler was a below average role player until he was 25 just saying lol. Jaquez very likely won’t become as good but you never know and he has pretty good upside either way
@@bkelly625 he is aleady playing better than Jimmy offensively and he just needs more attempts and more efficiency. Lol.
And with herro coming back….
beware of MIA heat players as they are merely SYSTEM PLAYERS.... just take a look that overrated signing of LAL to Gabe VIncent. In MIA, he seems to be a good player with, but in LAL he is a trash that lakers now are forced to make LBJ played still more than 30 mins a game due to overrated signings in free agency
Uh yeah that's how winning basketball is played. It doesn't matter how well an individual is performing if it doesn't contribute to winning. Maybe the problem is the Lakers' system or complere lack of one
Bruh he played like 4 games lol also dealt with knee issues thru it give it a rest lol.
Lakers dnt play him the same
Nobody gets better w lbj
More like other teams are dumb and simply don’t use the players the same way the Heat does. If players succeed in that system then copy the system!
JJJ a totally legit player. I'm very proud of this UCLA grad. 👊🏿🩵🏀💛💪🏿
Lack of hops? Dude! How high you think NBA players can jump? 39" vertical at the pro combine ain't hops? This guy's been playing Drew League since he was 16. Any guy with a 39" vertical CAN'T POSSIBLY be slow. He has footwork. He uses it. Just because he doesn't do EVERYTHING off one foot doesn't mean he's slow or can't jump. Not even Wembenyana can jump over EVERYONE. That's just never gonna happen for anyone in the NBA. How many high fly acts even got footwork? Discipline? IQ? It's absurd that you even suggest he has a "lack of mobility, athleticism, or hops". You're dead wrong on all three counts.
