it's been snowing here (raining today and then back to snow!) So it's not been favorable for walking outside! I am going to start walking outside though because I need the exercise and fresh air!
Hey sis, hope all is well with you and your family. I am using up some stuff in the fridge tonight for our dinner, fried potatoes, peppers and onions, bacon and eggs on the side. I have a go to recipe for tacos my kids always enjoyed and still do, I use kidney beans and season them up just like I would do meat and then we put all the toppings on them like cilantro, tomatoes, onion, cabbage and whatever fresh peppers we have, I prefer serrano... I'll have to try the potato and chorizo tacos. Have a blessed day...
