F1 is meant to be the testing ground for road car tech & I'm yet to find a bog-standard road car with a boost button
Sainz is overhyped nowadays imo. He is great but Charles is better. He was even faster with a broken car more than once and generally destroyed Carlos in 2022. Their character is very different tho. Charles is very self-critical and Carlos rarely blames himself. Obviously, his stronger character + Charles' misfortunes convey the message to many F1 fans that Carlos is better. Obviously, he will get a lot of support this year due to his employment circumstances. He became kind of an underdog.
