Kabeção & Jacob Cole - Incredible Handpan & Tabla Duet - Hangout USA 2016

Found this delightful surprise digging through my vault of archived video from Hangout USA 2016! Two of my favorite players and people in the world, Jacob Cole and Kabeção.
This Tabla and Handpan duet has everything I look for in a jam.
These guys were so connected and polished when they performed, demonstrating the magic and love of this art form at its best. Listening, feeling, reverence, joy, passion...all shining through.
This incredible moment, all was quiet, kind of a miracle at that gathering because so much was going on everywhere. These times come and go and, as we have learned, sometimes we don't see each other for years or ever again. Our time together is a treasure.
This was one of my all time favorite gatherings and this piece perfectly sums up the energy of those precious days.
