Unbelievable that I actually got the chance to hear this again! I've been longing to hear this since... well, since I first heard it, dunno why but it just kept on ringing in my head even after that first and only time. Lovely performance from a most stylish performer - never mind the age!
right not a bad song...and its a chant of the swaun...he dies in 1992.. Must have been good to him comeback to Eurovision after 20 years he has won... time goes for we all...we all have birthdays.... we all go on by years and time and life...we all be there...in that place...
This song is a good defence of Europe & European identity, opposed to American influence in Europe... (Nothing aganist US, but I want Europe to stay European!)
Nix good at French, me. But I think this song is good for "Good Old Europe" - 20 years or more before the concept occured! On the other hand: Jean-Claude Pascal is dead, and will remain so for the forseeable future, just like Ernst Jandl. Long live the Eurovision Song Contest, as it used to be!!
