It depends what you think OU sounds like and what you think O sounds like, and it also depends on the person's accent. Worry about labeling the sound. Just listen to them until you know what they sound like.

I met someone who seem to have a female voice and a breast and features that seems to be a woman.. but (he or she) prefers to be called a man.. the person looks and sounds like a woman.. I'm now confused.. maybe my English is wrong??
