sofia is a very simple and peaceful woman of god. she was thankfull of her life with japet and hanna even with minimum and survival financial status in england but despite of that she was thankful and with a very inexpensive dinner cooked by japet she was full of happiness and thanks for all these simple treasures which is her family.

Bro! bka late na..Pero ginawa namin is we sent 2 boxes...One goes to Iloilo and one went to Pangasinan..So we will only travel with our clothes and not Pasalubong..We will just open them when we get there...less headache..
Pnoy Curry we don’t Add Curry, we just add Too Many Ginger 🫚 lang…hehehe…pero dito Ako abroad, I do add na curry powder at turmeric( pag Pinoy Style). Pero pag Japanese,I only used Japanese Curry Roux, Try nyo mag hanap Dyan Ng Japanese Pang Curry, Wala ka ng ilalagay pang pampalasa, igisa mo lang muna yung gagamitin mo karne sa sibuyas lang, Then add water( tanchahin mo nanlang) then add Japanese Roux, marami silang variety na flavor…may apple etc…

filipino curry has patisserie and coconut milk. freeze some and do a taste test next time you make other curries so pinkay can develop her taste buds to distinguish the different curries.
Try mo patayin yung apoy kapag kumulo na yung sinaing mo at hintayin mo lang na kumonti nalang yung tubig. Kapag halos naabsorb na ng kanin yung tubig saka mo lang ulit buhayin yung apoy pero napakahina lang. Mga 15 mins lang luto na yan.
