  • Ingredients (2 servings): 1 chicken breast, 30 g of olive oil, salt, black pepper, dry garlic, 200 g of pasta, 100 g of bacon, 1 large onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 100 g of green peas (fresh or frozen), 100 ml heavy cream, zest of 1 lemon, juice of half a lemon, 50 g of water (or dry white wine), 50 g of mozzarella cheese, 20 g of green parsley.
    Preparation: cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry the chicken for 10 minutes, adding salt, black pepper and dry garlic. Place the fried chicken on a napkin. In the same pan, fry bacon cut into small cubes, chopped onion and garlic. Add our fried chicken breast, peas, and cream. We mix. We also add lemon zest and lemon juice. My sauce turned out thick, so I added water, but you can also use dry white wine. Add ready-made pasta (prepare pasta as indicated on the package). Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and fresh parsley.
