I'm glad you called them incandescent bulbs instead of halogen. Lots of people think all glass bulbs are halogen filled. Nice video. An easier way is to peel back the plastic fender liners on each side in the wheel wells. But there's many ways to accomplish the same goal. 😁
All you had to do before disassembling half the vehicle was to take off the black side upper plastic like fender that have 2 clips on. This way you can stick your hand from the side and have better access to those pain in the a$$ light bulbs. The other trick is to move your wheels (right or left depending which light bulb side you are working first) inwards. Remove the wheel well plastic cover with the 2 clips off, move outwards part of the fender and stick your hand for better access. Same procedure goes to the other side.

He skips the hard part, releasing the retaining clips on the upper bulbs. I used a 90 degree pick to release the clip on the back side of the bulb. I recommend destroying the clip afterward. They serve no purpose as the bulb is twist fastened in place.
Lower one is a twist. The upper is double clipped, then a twist. The clip is difficult. I used a 90 degree clip up get the back side. Then destroyed the clip on purpose. The twist function is all you need.
You didnt explain how you got the bulb out if its a button or twist or pull straight off cause that info is vital knowing it could cause damage doing it the wrong way
Good video but you didn’t show or explain how to remove the lamp assembly! Do you just pull on it or is a twist lock type assembly?

Luckily, I'm working on someone else's car so, I can just torch a hole in the fender!
im going to do it your way, taking out the battery is crazy, then you have to reset your radio
Remove the fender cover 2 clips. 1/4 turn the side marker socket. Tight spot but WAY easier.

Thanks for that. What a time saver.
I'll try this cause this looks like a pain in the ass
Video starts with “so I got my Subaru Integra here”…really? Lol!
Lol
It's like the Acura Impreza.
😂
😂😂😂😂😂
At the end, the ad for another video covers up the image of the right side marker lamps - diminishes the effect of seeing it replaced.
The top marker socket has that funny slot so that you can turn it with a flat head screwdriver from an angle. Can't reach it from the bottom.
I didn’t know Subarus make Integras or Acuras make Imprezas lol
That’s nothing….I got a Ford Camaro! lol
I am thankful for this video. Easy to understand!

you need to be describe how to take it off and off instead of telling me how to put it back on lmao
Right, is it a clip or do you twist the whole plastic lamp holder?
this is what i need to know 😂

Kick ass tutorial. Thank you!!
From what I have been told you should wear cloth gloves when changing the bulbs because the oil on skin shortens the life of the bulbs.
That only applies to halogen bulbs that get really hot, like headlights. I think.

its a twist off, counter clock wize
Perfect explanation!Thanks a lot.
