your build is ok. id get blade of destruction instead of scarlet phantom.. but honestly people should know there is no "perfect" build since its ALWAYS situational. example: got no tanky chars on enemy team? no point for going for wind chaser. got 2-3 tanks on enemy team? go for windchaser and fallen sword. if youre playing clint, going for your average burst setup will do you no good as you need continuous damage to take tanks down. if they got a lot of assassins then magic blade will be ideal since they will only target you if theyre good so you will need def. other than adcs, there is a bunch of other stuff. i still see tanks running around with magic resistance if theyre going against a full phys dmg team. so tbh you should make a video about that instead of these build videos imo. would do people more good. explaining why you get what item in what situation against what team and that sort of stuff.
